All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
Availability

Delivery
Whilst we endeavor to maintain stock levels, due to to popularity some items may not be held on the shelf. As such, you should allow 5-10 business days for completion of your order.
You must inform us within two working days of receipt or expected delivery date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. For customers overseas you should place your order via our store as normal to avoid any stock availability disappointment. Once in receipt of your order and payment we will arrange for the lowest cost delivery method.
